We're Looking For: US based applicants only • 5-10 years of experience in U.S. PR, media, or brand partnerships • Strong network in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors - especially talent and agency contacts • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability • Experience working with or deep understanding of Korean beauty or global beauty trends is preferred • Native-level English proficiency is required, Korean language skills are a plus What You'll Own: O Celebrity & Influencer Collaborations • Pitch and negotiate direct partnerships with celebrities, tastemakers, and talent representatives • Lead creative ideation and execution for co-branded content or product placements Agency Oversight • Liaise with our U.S. PR agency partners to ensure alignment with brand goals • Monitor PR progress, provide feedback, and maintain strategic focus across campaigns • Target outlets include Tier 1 beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment media Brand Activation Support • Support pop-up events, product launches, and U.S.-based media/influencer activations • Drive strong media coverage and influencer engagement through strategic outreach Brand-to-Brand Collaboration Outreach • Identify potential brand partners in the U.S. for co-marketing or capsule collaborations • Lead cold outreach, pitch development, and relationship building ✓ Required Commitment: • Location: Remote (Preferred: Based in Los Angeles or New York) • Type: Freelance Contractor (Part-Time) • Level: Mid-Senior level • Base Pay Range: $45.00 - $60.00/hour (Final salary is based on a number of factors including relevant prior experience, location, or particular skills and expertise) ⚫ Duration: 6-month contract, with potential to extend or convert to full-time *Fixed 2-hour virtual sycn with Seoul HQ every Thursday & Friday at 10:30 AM KST **20~30 hours/week total project commitment (including HQ meetings) Contract Details: • Remote-friendly, with strong preference for LA/NY-based candidates to support occasional in-person engagements • Flexible working hours outside of fixed HQ sync meetings below • Depending on the candidate's performance and alignment with company needs, there may be an opportunity to convert to a full-time role. Mandatory working hours for HQ sync: • Korea: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (KST) • New York: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM (EST) | 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Daylight Saving Time) • Los Angeles: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (PST) | 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Daylight Saving Time) *Additional Information Candidates who pass the application screening will be individually notified via email.
