• 글로벌 인플루언서 마케팅 캠페인 기획 및 운영 (미국, 유럽, 일본, 중동 등 주요 권역 대상) • 인플루언서 마케팅(시딩, 바이럴) 캠페인 일정, 예산 및 KPI 관리 • 지역별 핵심 인플루언서 발굴, 섭외 및 장기적 파트너십 관리 • 가설 기반의 콘텐츠 실험(A/B 테스트, 크리에이티브·포맷·훅 테스트 등) 기획 및 인사이트 도출 • 글로벌 SNS 콘텐츠 트렌드, 경쟁 브랜드, 시장 동향 분석 • 채널/국가/세그먼트별 성과 분석을 통한 전략 고도화 및 효율성 개선 · 리테일/오프라인 연계 캠페인 기획 참여(론칭/팝업/행사 연동) • Plan and execute global influencer marketing campaigns across key regions including the U.S., Europe, Japan, and the Middle East • Manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs for influencer marketing campaigns, including seeding and viral initiatives • Identify, recruit, and build long-term partnerships with key influencers by region • Plan hypothesis-driven content experiments, including A/B tests, creative, format, and hook testing, and derive actionable insights • Analyze global social media content trends, competitor brands, and market developments • Refine strategy and improve efficiency through performance analysis by channel, country, and segment • Participate in planning retail and offline-linked campaigns, including launches, pop-ups, and event activations
