Additionally, we are ready to lead the Web 3.0 era by integrating blockchain technology with traditional financial markets.<br>Join BDACS and shape your future with us!<br><br>As a Senior Product Manager, you will take lead on the BDACS product suite focusing on optimizations for both existing and upcoming features. You will work closely with UX, Tech, Business and Compliance to make sure all regulatory/business requirements are aligned and lead projects accordingly. If you are able to adapt to fast paced agile working environment and most importantly, are passionate about building the best market fit products, we would love to hear from you.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>1. Define product requirements and strategy for all BDACS product suite.<br>2. Prioritize projects to set up concrete product timelines and roadmaps.<br>3. Write product requirement documents with alignment from business and other stakeholder teams.<br>4. Oversee project timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.<br>5. Work as the main product contact point with internal stakeholders.<br>6. Lead projects from ideation to execution.<br>7. Define/Optimize internal agile processes to handle multiple development iterations.<br>8. Lead iterative cadences with international partners and vendors.</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>1. 5+ years of product management experience in a startup or tech company.<br>2. Excellent communication skills in both English & Korean (verbal & written).<br>3. Experience leading multiple projects in parallel in a fast paced environment.<br>4. Proven track record of leading tech/UX teams to drive projects from A to Z.<br>5. Proficiency in working with project tools like JIRA, Confluence and Figma.<br>6. Excellent project management skills to ensure deadlines as well as backlog management.<br>7. Curiosity and grit to learn new domain knowledge.</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>1. Experience working in a Fintech or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain company.<br>2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.<br>3. Domain knowledge in blockchain technology.<br>4.
