Lunit builds world-leading AI capabilities in pathology and radiology to improve the way we answer existing clinical questions about the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, and unlock our ability to answer new questions, better illuminating the biology that underlies cancer, and matching the right patients with the right treatments. Lunit's recent and forthcoming publications illustrate the tremendous capabilities of our technology, and the opportunity ahead to change research and clinical practice.<br>• We are seeking a talented and experienced Director/Team Leader ∙ Program Managerment Office (PMO) to spearhead our PMO function at Lunit Oncology. This pivotal leadership role will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing PMO practices that drive operational excellence across our AI-powered oncology portfolio. As a key leader based in our Seoul HQ office, the Director will report directly to the Global VP of Product Management and Marketing and will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of our organization.<br>• The ideal candidate will build and scale effective PMO tools and processes tailored for Lunit Oncology, drive complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and external partners, and ensure successful delivery of our AI-powered solutions. This role requires demonstrated success in PMO leadership for medical devices or IVDs, strategic capabilities to facilitate program prioritization across the portfolio, broad understanding of AI-powered product development lifecycles, and exceptional leadership abilities to influence across organizational boundaries.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>1. Strategic Leadership & PMO Team Management<br>• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing program management team through coaching, mentoring, and professional development<br>• Establish a comprehensive and tailored PMO framework including methodologies, best practices, governance structures, tools and systems, and resource allocation strategies<br>• Drive portfolio prioritization to align projects and resources with organizational objectives and strategic imperatives<br>2. Portfolio & Program Management<br>• Oversee the entire portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, schedule tracking, risk management, and quality standards<br>• Direct multiple concurrent programs, ensuring interdependencies are managed and benefits are realized to successfully deliver AI-powered solutions<br>• Establish portfolio and program reporting systems to provide executive leadership with visibility into project health status, risks, and performance<br>• Develop resource budgeting and scheduling processes for the PMO, ensuring projects deliver within approved budgets and schedules<br>• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery capabilities and operational efficiency<br>3. Process & Methodology Development<br>• Design, implement, and continuously refine PMO methodologies, templates, and tools<br>• Establish project governance frameworks, escalation procedures, and decision-making processes, including with external partners<br>• Develop and maintain project management standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements<br>• Drive technology adoption to enhance project visibility, resource management, and reporting capabilities</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; Master's degree preferred<br>• 8+ years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years in PMO leadership roles<br>• Proven track record of building and leading successful PMO functions in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries<br>• Demonstrated experience managing complex, strategic portfolios in regulated environments<br>• Experience implementing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies at an organizational level<br>• Exceptional stakeholder management and English communication skills (written and verbal)<br>• Proven ability to influence at the executive level and drive organizational change<br>• Advanced proficiency in portfolio/project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in relevant field<br>• PMP certification or equivalent (PgMP, PfMP)<br>• Experience in oncology research or clinical trials<br>• Knowledge of medical imaging and AI/ML applications in healthcare<br>• Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance<br>• Formal training or certification in leadership development<br>• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information<br>• Coaching and mentoring capabilities</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>• The office is at a very convenient location, just a minute away from Gangnam Station Exit 3.<br>• Meal Allowance is provided (up to 12,000 KRW per meal) when working at the office.<br>• Up to 300,000 KRW is covered upon joining to decorate your personal workspace.<br>• Latest computer models, such as Macs and 4K monitors are provided and can be renewed every three years.<br><br>• Seminar registration fees and book purchases are covered.<br>• Regular in-house AI and medical seminars are held.<br>• Korean lessons are provided for Lunitians who do not speak Korean as their first language.<br>• In-house English lessons (aka Luniversal) are also provided for English development.<br>• Access to high-quality AI learning resources & deep learning DevOps system.<br><br>• Up to 1.2 million KRW worth of benefits points can be claimed annually.<br>• Holiday Allowances are provided in the form of gifts or vouchers for Korean National holidays, Seollal and Chuseok.<br>• Congratulatory and Condolence allowances, along with paid time off are provided.<br>• Annual medical checkups and employee accident insurance are provided.<br>• Expenses for monthly employees gatherings are partially covered.</p>
