소개
We are looking for a customer-facing solution leader who can help clients leverage AI to solve business challenges and improve customer experience. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, design practical AI solutions, develop proposals, and lead successful implementation projects. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions and drive business outcomes.
주요업무
●Understand client business challenges and identify opportunities to leverage AI solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. ●Design end-to-end AI solutions aligned with client business objectives, technical environments, and operational requirements. ●Present solution recommendations, architecture strategies, business value, and deployment roadmaps to client stakeholders and decision-makers. ●Lead pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, solution design, demos, effort estimation, implementation planning, proposal development, and technical feasibility assessments. ●Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, coordinating with product, engineering, implementation, and client teams from solution design through deployment and adoption. ●Oversee integration with enterprise systems including CCaaS, CRM, knowledge management platforms, and other business applications. ●Manage implementation scope, risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful project execution and business outcomes.
자격요건
●Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, implementation consulting, system integration, AI solution delivery, or technical consulting with client-facing responsibilities. ●Proven experience leading client-facing solution proposals, technical workshops, solution demonstrations, and enterprise technology delivery projects. ●Experience with CCaaS, Contact Center, CX, CRM, or Customer Experience technologies. ●Strong understanding of API integration, cloud architecture, databases, authentication, and enterprise integration patterns. ●Familiarity with AI technologies including Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Conversational AI, and platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Dify, or similar technologies. ●Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud environments preferred. ●Native Korean and business-level English proficiency (B2 or above).
