주요업무

• Planning SimpleSeed services based on data-driven problem definition and trend analysis • Leading QA processes to ensure service quality and stable operations • Managing efficient releases through close collaboration with the product team • Leading the entire process from planning to development, launch, and performance analysis of new features

자격요건

• Portfolio submission required (must clearly demonstrate planning intentions and objectives) • Knowledge of service planning and operations, or 1–3 years of relevant experience • Business English proficiency required (essential for collaboration with global clients) - The job interview may be partially conducted in English • Deep understanding of and passion for IT services • Competence in data-driven decision-making and market analysis

우대사항

• Experience with influencer marketing platforms or commerce SaaS • Experience in formulating and implementing strategies across various product growth stages • Comprehensive understanding of mobile/web service architecture • Insights gained from global service operation experience • Proficiency in data analysis tools including GA, SQL, Amplitude, etc. • Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma preferred)
