<h2>직무</h2><p>HR Manager</p><h2>포지션 상세</h2><p>[We are ProtoPie]<br><br>Studio XID는 "디지털 제품의 인터렉션을 쉽고 효과적으로 전달한다"라는 목표를 가지고 ProtoPie(프로토파이) 및 관련 서비스를 제작하고 있습니다.<br><br>ProtoPie는 디자이너가 접근하기 쉬운 개념 모델을 가지고 있어 코딩 없이도 빠르고 정교한 프로토타입을 만들 수 있습니다. 디자이너의 아이디어를 실제로 만들어주고, 보다 효율적인 커뮤니케이션을 가능하게 하는 비전을 가진 제품 입니다. 2022년 Design Tools Survey에서 Advanced Prototyping 부문 1위로 선정되었습니다.<br><br>Google, Meta, Microsoft, BMW, Daimler, Line, Toss, Kakao, Amazon 등 전 세계 130여개 국가의 디자이너들이 실무에서 ProtoPie를 사용하고 있습니다.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>• Partner with senior management to help drive business performance using sound HR knowledge in the areas of workforce planning, change management, employee productivity, recruitment and selection and employee relations<br>• Continuously assess the effectiveness of all human resources programs relative to the achievement of desired goals and outcomes as well as the overall business plans<br>• Mitigate risk and be proactive with legal considerations relating to local employment law<br>• Support the smooth running of our global locations on a day-to-day basis<br>• Manage HR Operations to support local HR processes and compliance, and mitigate workforce risk, including onboarding, employee data, and benefits administration<br>• Perform other related duties as required and assigned</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• Fluent in English & Korean (written and verbal)<br>• 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner or similar role<br>• Knowledge of Human Resources practices in Korea<br>• Able to work independently and create strong partnerships across the organization<br>• Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset<br>• Operate autonomously with the ability to deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment<br>• Comfortability with a high volume and evolving workload<br>• Emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail<br>• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>• Labor Law knowledge in one or more various countries (US, Canada, UK, China, Japan)</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>1.
