[AIG손해보험] 일반보험 상품개발 신입 채용

담당업무

• 주로 단기 일반보험 상품 개발을 담당하며, 영업채널, 재무, 운영, 보험금, 소비자보호, 준법감시, 법무 등 사내 주요 부서와 긴밀히 협업

• 상해보험, 단체상해보험, 여행자보험, 개인소유재산보험 등 일반보험 상품의 요율 산출, 약관 개발, 상품 인가, 재보험 요율 산출 등 상품 개발 업무 수행

• 일반보험 상품 및 담보에 대한 손해율 및 수익성 분석을 포함한 포트폴리오 분석 및 모니터링

• 상품 개발 및 포트폴리오 관리와 관련된 수리적·정량적 업무 수행

• 상품 개발 및 운영과 관련된 다양한 업무에 대해 팀장 및 개인보험 총괄을 보조

자격요건

• Open to entry-level candidates

• Experience in short term product development is a plus

• Experience in product life cycle management and analyzing is a plus

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Korean and English

• Decent Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint 및 한글(HWP) 활용 능력 필요

• Experience using statistical analysis programs, and strong statistical software skills are required

• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill, willing to learn and thoroughness

• Ability to work well in teams, to cooperate/coordinate all related parties to achieve targets

• 일반보험(Non‑Life Insurance) 상품 개발 경험 우대

• 단기보험(Short‑Term Insurance) 상품 개발 경험 우대

• 상품 수명 주기(Product Life Cycle) 관리 및 성과 분석 경험 우대

• 한국어 및 영어로 원활한 문서 작성 및 구두 커뮤니케이션 가능

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint 및 한글(HWP) 활용 능숙자

• 통계 분석 프로그램 사용 경험 및 통계 소프트웨어 활용 능력 보유자 우대
