주요업무

• Lead SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, with a focus on U.S.-based accounts • Manage full implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare • Capture delivery feedback to improve methodology, templates, and execution standards • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure project success • Develop scalable delivery toolkits, onboarding guides, and training documentation for partner enablement • Support system integrators (SI) in their initial deployments and provide continuous guidance

자격요건

• Strong project management and communication skills • Ability to lead client-facing discussions, manage cross-functional collaboration, and present solutions clearly • Fluent in English, with strong writing and speaking skills • Comfortable working with international teams across time zones • Experience working with MS Office 365, Confluence

우대사항

• Understanding of data models or relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) • Background in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or ERP/SCM consulting preferred but not required • Experience with ERP/HR system integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday) • Experience working with an SI or global SaaS company • Familiarity with platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or Ivalua • Exposure to AI/ML-driven procurement analytics or risk management • PMP or Agile certification
