We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship management, and will be responsible for driving the company’s business development strategy, expanding our market presence, and achieving revenue targets.

1. New Business Development • Develop and execute sales strategies using Tridge solutions • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, needs, and timing • Identify and reach out to new potential clients 2. Account Management • Deliver product demos and communicate platform value through consultative selling • Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts and ensure client satisfaction • Prepare proposals, manage contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities

자격요건

• 5-8 years of B2B sales experience • Experience working with food buyers (retailers and/or distributors) • Self-motivated and results-driven • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail • Business-savvy with a creative, problem-solving mindset

• Experience working in the tech industry • Established relationships in the agro/food industry • Existing network and relationships within government/university sectors • Large account management experience
