
<h2>직무</h2><p>[채널 영업] Channel Partner Sales Manager (Global)</p><h2>포지션 상세</h2><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Channel Sales Manager to expand and manage our global partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for developing channel sales strategies, establishing strong relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales, partner development, and B2B SaaS or platform-based solutions.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>1. Channel Strategy & Business Development<br>• Develop and implement a global channel sales strategy aligned with company objectives.<br>• Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers, distributors, and strategic partners to drive revenue growth, and define and communicate channel sales goals, targets, and KPIs.<br>• Identify and prioritize key markets and regions for channel expansion.<br>2. Partner Relationship Management & Enablement<br>• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.<br>• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.<br>• Develop and implement partner training, enablement programs, and marketing support to ensure success.<br>• Ensure partners have access to the latest product information, pricing, and promotional materials, and facilitate joint initiatives with partners to generate leads and increase brand awareness.<br>3. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth<br>• Drive revenue growth through the channel by collaborating with partners, and work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to close deals and maximize sales opportunities.<br>• Drive co-selling opportunities and pipeline acceleration with partners.<br>• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.<br>4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting<br>• Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics for partner programs.<br>• Manage channel sales performance, revenue, pipeline, and partner engagement, and use data and analytics to identify areas to implement corrective actions.<br>• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize pricing models, incentive structures, and deal strategies.</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, channel sales, partner management, or business development.<br>• Proven ability to recruit, manage, and scale global partnerships.<br>• Strong understanding of sales models, channel dynamics, and GTM strategies.<br>• Experience working with VARs (Value-Added Resellers), system integrators, distributors, and alliances.<br>• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting skills.<br>• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, relationship management, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior business stakeholders.<br>• Business-level English proficiency required.<br>• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>• Experience with CRM tools and partner management platforms</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>• Documents to be submitted: Resume, Cover Letter<br>• Recruitment type: full-time (3 months probationary period)<br>• Working hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 18:00<br>• Location: 4-6th floor, Nexen Gangnam Tower, 226 Bangbae-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul<br><br>* All documents must be submitted in PDF format.<br>* Recruitment may be canceled if the contents of the application are not true.</p>
