Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Pricing Program Manager to join our Retail Product team in Seoul, Korea.This role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail, a knack for operational process planning, analytical capabilities, innovation, strong business acumen with a capacity providing high-impact business oversight and operational excellence across key functions.You will work closely with various cross-functional teams to build, launch and scale new needle-moving initiatives that bring direct impact to Coupang Pricing system and wow the Customers. Key Responsibilities Pricing and Retail Program Management • Lead the end-to-end coordination of top priority programs across Korea pricing and retail product and ops organizations with a scalable approach. [ • Partner with cross-functional teams (business, product, operations, tech, data, infrastructure) to deliver needle-moving initiatives. Dive deep into complex business problems, help pull together key stakeholders to address the problem, coordinate development of proposed data-driven solutions at extremely fast pace, and track outcomes. ⚫ Help define program goals, KPIs, and align stakeholders to deliver cross-team success. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies and risks across programs and teams. Ability to coordinate and get data-driven insights to decision making. Chief of Staff (Strategic Leadership Support) • Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Retail Product leadership, managing team operations and decision cadence. • Own and drive business rhythms (e.g. QBRs, MBRS, planning cycles and all hands meetings) • Manage internal communications and ensure clear information flow across functions and geographies. • Drive organizational effectiveness through project tracking, change management, and stakeholder alignment. • Identify and solve structural challenges that slow down project execution. • Handles confidential matters with discretion, and tact. Basic Qualifications [] Minimum 8 years of experience in program/project management, business operations, or consulting. • Strong analytical mindset with experience in root cause analysis and metrics based decision-making. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiative from strategy to execution. • Fluency in English communication skills (written and verbal) and Korean proficiency preferred. ⚫ Strong presentation and documentation skills to drive clarity and influence stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with excel and basic SQL for data extraction & analysis.
