About the Role & Team: To lead the strategic development and flawless execution of brand, franchise, and media marketing initiatives for Walt Disney Company Korea, driving business growth, brand equity, and consumer engagement across all properties. The Senior Manager will serve as the leading orchestrator of overarching marketing efforts, managing a high-performing team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of world-class brand experiences in a dynamic, matrixed environment. What You Will Do: - Develop and execute comprehensive brand and franchise strategies for all Disney properties, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local market relevance. -Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, delivering measurable ROI and business impact. - Serve as the primary interface with internal stakeholders (local, APAC, HQ) and external partners (agencies, media, social platforms), driving cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment. - Oversee the development and execution of innovative social media and digital engagement strategies, leveraging emerging technologies and data analytics to build vibrant brand communities. -Manage, coach, and inspire the Brand, Franchise & Media Marketing team, fostering a culture of empowerment, inclusion, and continuous learning. - Lead agency management efforts, setting clear expectations, driving high performance, and ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement. - Ensure operational excellence in campaign delivery, budget management, and process optimization. - Champion Disney's brand values, ensuring all activities uphold the highest standards of integrity, creativity, and inclusivity. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 15 years' experience in brand, franchise, media, or integrated marketing roles within FMCG, tech, or entertainment industries. - Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand equity. Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex portfolios and leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations. - Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision- making and optimize performance. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and drive cross-functional collaboration. - Strong people leadership skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high- performing teams. Extensive experience in agency management, from selection and briefing to performance management and contract negotiation. - Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies. - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) highly preferred. Fluent in Korean and English.
