The team supports the Frontend Engineering, Backend Engineering, and MLOps teams within the AI Platform department to fulfill the needs of customers in the AI Research departments and Medical Affairs departments.<br>• The AI Platform department provides several key tools for AI researchers and medical professionals within Lunit to help accomplish our mission of conquering cancer. The department primarily focuses on radiological and pathological image annotation, data cataloguing and management, and data pipelining and automations systems to help internal customer departments move fast to deliver value.<br>• Our team is an international team of enthusiastic researchers/engineers with a diverse set of interests and a strong will to exchange knowledge and collaborate on interesting projects.<br><br>[About the position]<br>• Build the Future of Medical Technology<br>As our Tech PM, you’ll be the core of Lunit’s efforts to ensure the building of next-generation of machine learning models is compliant, efficient, and wildly successful. Your expertise in the software development lifecycle will be essential in delivering Lunit’s AI and data platform. Your products will unite data across the whole medical domain to produce custom-tailored AI models to save lives in ways that have never been done before. Your work will push the cutting edge of medicine towards personalized healthcare, based on patients' holistic medical profiles.<br><br>• Connect Specialists to Deliver the Impossible<br>You’ll be the intersection of specialists from all different areas: machine learning researchers, data engineers, infrastructure engineers, product teams, medical doctors, and business development teams. To drive the team through each milestone, you’ll use all of your technical and project management skills - timeline management, risk management, technical planning, and more. In the end, at Lunit, you’ll be a major part of conquering cancer through AI.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>• Lead projects within the software development lifecycle.<br>• Manage project risk and ensure project goals are met, questioning decisions and ensuring decisions and compromises are made appropriately.<br>• Coordinate engineers and designers to define technical requirements based on business requirements and various constraints.<br>• Foster collaboration across medical, engineering, machine learning, and product specialists, as stakeholders and implementation teams.<br>• Document decisions, features, and processes for stakeholders and auditors.<br>• Keep informed of activity and share information throughout the organization to ensure projects align.</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field; or equivalent experience<br>• Business level English<br>• 6+ years of experience<br>• Experience developing and maintaining project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery<br>• Experience in delivering software centered around web systems, data systems, and/or machine learning systems<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills<br>• Strong critical thinking skills<br>• Personable but firm when identifying, discussing, and resolving problems, both technical and interpersonal<br>• Experience in some technical role building IT systems, e.g. developer, systems engineer, implementation engineer, solutions engineer, etc<br>• Experience in some project management software, like Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana<br>• Familiarity with at least two project management frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Critical Path Method, Shape Up, etc<br>• Korean language skill<br>• Strong writing skills<br>• Comfortable challenging assumptions and providing and receiving feedback</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>• Experience adhering to HIPAA, GDPR, FDA 510(k), and similar regulatory frameworks<br>• Experience in working with medical systems, e.g. PACS, HL7, FHIR<br>• Excellent writing skills<br>• Experience with diagrams as code</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>• The office is at a very convenient location, just a minute away from Gangnam Station Exit 3.<br>• Meal Allowance is provided (up to 12,000 KRW per meal) when working at the office.<br>• Up to 300,000 KRW is covered upon joining to decorate your personal workspace.<br>• Latest computer models, such as Macs and 4K monitors are provided and can be renewed every three years.<br><br>• Seminar registration fees and book purchases are covered.<br>• Regular in-house AI and medical seminars are held.<br>• Korean lessons are provided for Lunitians who do not speak Korean as their first language.<br>• In-house English lessons (aka Luniversal) are also provided for English development.<br>• Access to high-quality AI learning resources & deep learning DevOps system.<br><br>• Up to 1.2 million KRW worth of benefits points can be claimed annually.<br>• Holiday Allowances are provided in the form of gifts or vouchers for Korean National holidays, Seollal and Chuseok.<br>• Congratulatory and Condolence allowances, along with paid time off are provided.<br>• Annual medical checkups and employee accident insurance are provided.<br>• Expenses for monthly employees gatherings are partially covered.</p>
