Its ecosystem connects Telegram users to various yield-generating opportunities across different asset classes, such as the dollar, BTC, and TON. It collaborates with market makers and vault managers to provide professional asset management strategies without assuming custody.<br><br>Our vision is to abstract away complex DeFi into a simple, passive earning UX. To achieve this, we are growing the market maker and vault manager ecosystem so that professional trading firms can provide asset management services in a trustless manner, without taking custody of users' assets.<br><br>Factorial also offers lending as an initial toolkit (similar to Morpho) to generate yield and enable leverage, but its ultimate vision is to unlock mass adoption of passive investment from Telegram's 1B+ user base around the world. <br><br>Factorial is incubated by B-Harvest, a premier validator and research and development firm specializing in Cosmos and EVM chains. Your role will focus on actively engaging with the community and driving growth in the DeFi space. We are seeking a talented individual who can lead DeFi growth and stay ahead of industry trends.<br><br><br>What you will do<br><br>• Social Media Management<br> - Operate global social media channels, incorporating the latest Web3/DeFi trends.<br> - Plan and create content that simplifies complex topics for a broad audience.<br> - Actively engage with the community to enhance brand awareness.<br>• Partnerships & Event Management<br> - Collaborate with KOLs and influencers across various countries to strengthen brand credibility<br> - Plan and execute events, including booth operations and presentations, in partnership with global stakeholders.<br>• Representing the Global Team<br> - Act as a key representative of both the product and the community within the global team.<br> - Gain networking and public speaking experience on international platforms.</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• Communication Skills<br> - Strong ability to deliver messages effectively and build relationships.<br> - Experience engaging with social media and online communities.<br> - Fluency in both English and Korean<br>• Technical & Professional Expertise<br> - Understanding and interest in the DeFi and Web3 ecosystem.<br> - Ability to stay updated on industry trends and simplify technical concepts for broader audiences.<br> - Experience in content creation (writing, graphics, etc.).<br>• Partnership Management & Networking<br> - Proactive approach to networking and relationship-building.</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>• Established KOL with influence in the Web3/DeFi community.<br>• 2+ years of experience in public relations, marketing, or B2B sales.<br>• Previous experience in institutional sales at a financial institution.<br>• Experience collaborating with various partners and KOLs.<br>• Proven ability to develop and execute innovative social marketing strategies.<br>• Experience analyzing data to optimize marketing campaigns.</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>1.
