의료기기 제조사 또는 유통사에서 임상 스페셜리스트, 어플리케이션 스페셜리스트, 제품 교육 또는 임상 영업 등 임상 역할 경험
병원 간호 업무 경험만으로는 의료기기 임상 경험 요건을 충족하지 않음
수술실 실무 경험 및 수술 워크플로에 대한 이해
외과의사 및 주요 오피니언 리더와 임상 용어로 소통하고 수술실·실험실 환경에서 신뢰를 형성하는 역량

주요업무
• Preclinical Study Leadership Lead the design and execution of preclinical (porcine / wet lab) studies for STARK and the surgical portfolio, including protocol development and surgical skills evaluation. • Post-Launch Clinical Support Build and run the proctoring program after launch - on-site clinical guidance for surgeons during their initial cases - and lead surgeon onboarding and early case support at newly adopting hospitals. • KOL & Surgeon Engagement Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and surgeons in General Surgery to capture clinical insights and strengthen clinical advocacy for LivsMed solutions. • Clinical Feedback & R&D Linkage Collect structured feedback from the field and channel it back to R&D to drive product improvement. • Clinical Mentorship Serve as the senior clinical reference for the team and mentor the Junior Clinical Specialist on protocols and OR practice (no direct people-management responsibility).
자격요건
• Medical Device Clinical Experience (Required) Proven clinical role within a medical device manufacturer or distributor (Clinical Specialist, Application Specialist, product training, or clinical sales). Hospital-based clinical (nursing) experience alone does not qualify. • Operating Room Expertise (Required) Hands-on OR experience and a solid grasp of surgical workflows; robotic or laparoscopic surgery experience strongly preferred. • Clinical Communication (Required) Able to engage surgeons and KOLs in clinical language and build trust in the OR / lab setting.

• Program Building Experience setting up proctoring or professional training programs and supporting new product launches. • Business English Able to work with global KOLs and overseas teams.
