Teuida (트이다) is a Korean verb meaning “to open up” — like opening a blocked path or finally being able to speak after being stuck. We don’t just teach language. We help people open their voice, open new connections, and open their future. [About this role] As a French-English Language Specialist, you will design a French curriculum aligned with our core learning goals, write immersive lesson scripts in collaboration with our Learning Designer, and direct French-English bilingual actors during both virtual and in-studio shoots for our interactive video lessons.

[What you’ll be doing?] Designing the French curriculum •Collaborate closely with the Learning Designer to design a French curriculum based on the CEFR framework (A1–A2 levels) for beginners. •Ensure it is fully aligned with our core curriculum and unit objectives. Writing script •Write immersive lesson scripts that teach French to English speakers from beginner to intermediate level, following Teuida’s content and instructional guidelines. •Collaborate closely with the Learning Designer to ensure each script aligns with our mission and learning goals. Directing French-English actors •Recruit and manage French-English bilingual actors who will appear in our lessons as on-screen tutors. •Monitor and coach actors on their performance, focusing on clarity, engagement and educational effectiveness. •Provide guidance and support during rehearsals and studio recordings to ensure high-quality lesson delivery. [What we’re looking for] [Requirement] •Native-level proficiency in both French and English •A neutral and clear French accent •Ability to develop a French learning curriculum for beginners •Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility •Positive energy and a collaborative attitude •Ability to coordinate teams and follow creative directions

[Preferred] •Experience in teaching French to English speakers •Experience in writing scripts for online language courses •A passion for language learning & teaching •Prior experience working in an online education or film studio environment •Be based in or willing to relocate to Seoul Those who learned French in high school or college do not qualify
