주요업무
• Develop and execute platform strategies to drive sustainable growth across the Trauma portfolio. • Lead portfolio management, product launches, and commercialization initiatives. • Partner with country teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance market performance. • Leverage market insights and customer needs to shape strategic decisions. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and regional/global stakeholders to deliver business goals. • Foster strong engagement with key customers, industry experts, and healthcare stakeholders.
자격요건
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. • Significant experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or MedTech marketing/commercial roles. • Proven track record in strategic planning, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
우대사항
• Experience working across multiple countries and diverse cultures within APAC is preferred.
