THE ROLE We are looking for a seasoned product manager for our business who has deep experience in creating and scaling financial products that deliver a transformative customer experience. As Group Product Manager, Core Payments, you will be responsible for our consumer payments product across all our markets. As 100% of our GMV flows through Coupang Pay, these are truly large-scale and mission-critical systems, directly impacting the experience of millions of customers and supporting our international expansion. Key responsibilities: • Drive strategic direction for the Audience Network, establish shared vision across the company by obtaining buy-in on critical priorities • Define the initiatives, inventions and partnerships required to scale the Audience Network Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists, researchers, marketing and other functional owners [] Partner closely with sales and business development to identify strategies to acquire and inventory and execute a multi quarter strategy with the team to build a best in class retail focussed audience network • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Coupang's lending product, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder needs. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, adjust the roadmap and strategy as necessary, and drive continuous improvements [ Drive growth and profitability by continuously improving the user experience via experimentation, customer feedback and analytical insights • Execute our roadmap with urgency by partnering with stakeholders such as executives, business operations, design, data science, risk and engineering Experience & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, finance, or related field • Proven experience (+10 years) in product management, with a focus on B2C/B2B products • Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate that into compelling products and services • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex product initiatives and driving product growth • Sound business judgment and ability to think strategically and stay on top of tactical execution • Strong verbal and written communications skills and demonstrated ability to effectively articulate complex problems and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders [ Experience working and influencing cross-functionally and building relationships across teams • Experience defining product roadmaps, resourcing needs to achieve goals and effectively advocating for those Preferred • In-depth expertise in fintech industry • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities • Knowledge of lending products, and industry best practices, with a strong understanding of the online sellers' life cycle Bilingual Korean - English Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process • Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview - Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances. • Interview schedules and the results will be informed to the applicant via the e-mail address submitted at the application stage.
