Senior Product Designer (KR) Yeoksam, Seoul Product & Solutions - Product Design Full-Time / Hybrid As a Product Designer at Gauss Labs, you will play a key role in designing AI/ML-based industrial software that dramatically improves productivity in the semiconductor and manufacturing. Your work will focus on designing complex data and technology into user-friendly UX/UI, helping to develop next-generation industrial solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. You will support the entire Gauss Labs design ecosystem and ensure seamless integration of various products and features within the Panoptes platform. Responsibilities • Design and deliver AI/ML products that assist in improving semiconductor yield. • Lead in designing and contributing to decision-making across all user touchpoints, as an independent designer for products or specific requirements. • Propose product improvements by collecting both quantitative and qualitative data on user pain points proactively. Basic Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in Product Design or equivalent experience. • Expertise in UX design, with the ability to understand data CRUD and create seamless user experiences. • Expertise in UI design, capable of visualizing complex information structures into beautiful and clear Web UI. • Excellent collaboration skills to communicate flexibly with stakeholders (PMs, Designers, Engineers, Marketers, etc.) to coordinate complex requirements. • Proficient in design tools including Figma, Adobe, etc. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in designing Al/ML-based industrial B2B solutions/products. • Experience in designing products with consideration for global user experience and multilingual support features. • Experience in building and improving design systems. • Ability to conduct and analyze data analysis, user research, and usability testing to improve user experience. • Ability to effectively implement user flows through prototyping. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
