Work with Sales, Product and Marketing leadership to identify common SMB marketing needs for the region through campaigns and content; 2. Design and oversee the execution of bespoke campaign solutions working in close partnership with PSO, Ecosystem and Sales teams; 3. Collaborate with Global SMB marketing counterparts to pilot new campaign approaches and channel strategies; 4. Evaluate campaign performance and provide reporting on optimization opportunities and learnings that can be scaled across all regions; 5. Evaluate and report on trends, opportunities and learnings for the Global Business Marketing SMB team; 6. Own communication of content strategies and timelines to XFN partners and stakeholders; 7. Own the development of messaging, narratives and collaterals to engage SMBs in APAC; 8. Oversee the execution of campaign and content strategy through the management of third party vendors/ agencies. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategy or marketing role; - A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry is needed; - Experience within B2B marketing, top tier creative or media agency, brand marketing or strategy role within a technology company; - Strong grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends; - Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts; - Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution; Preferred Qualifications Understanding of platforms and social media best practices - especially on TikTok; - Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance; - Have a strong business understanding of Korea and APAC markets; - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
