주요업무
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and domestic transportation managed by 3PL • Coordinate cold chain operations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners • Monitor shipment execution and ensure proper documentation and filing • Manage inventory accuracy through reconciliation and cycle counts • Resolve operational issues in day-to-day activities • Monitor and manage KPIs through regular review meetings with 3PL partners • Drive continuous performance improvement at DCs • Control logistics costs within budget • Manage warehouse capacity planning and optimize transportation flows • Support bonded transport and storage in compliance with regulations • Ensure compliance with GDP, Trade & Customs, and EHS&S requirements • Maintain adherence to Korean regulations for pharmaceutical storage and distribution • Coordinate internal and external audits at 3PL facilities • Lead warehouse and distribution-related projects • Drive Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) to achieve productivity and efficiency gains
자격요건
• Bachelor's degree or above • Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) • Problem-solving and analytical capability • Ability to work independently and deliver results • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry, including GDP and cold chain logistics • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and operational excellence • Project management experience • Business acumen with end-to-end supply chain perspective
