About Solution Engineer at Lablup Lablup is seeking Solution Engineers to professionally support the implementation and operation of Al solutions for enterprise clients. You will help various domestic and international corporate clients smoothly adopt and operate Al infrastructure, while gaining field experience in Al infrastructure operation platforms and Al training/deployment. The experience gained will be generalized across multiple clients to identify opportunities for improving operational processes, contributing to the enhancement of platform user experience across the company. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Respond promptly to customer issues and system incidents; provide on-site support when needed • Backend.Al Deployment, Configuration, and Operation Support: Install and configure the platform in customer environments, and support ongoing monitoring and stable operation • Automation of Repetitive Tasks: Automate recurring operational tasks and continuously improve deployment/management efficiency • Technical Documentation and Training Support: Create materials related to installation, deployment, and operation; assist in customer training • Customer Feedback Collection: Gather feedback based on user experience to support product improvement and feature development • Issue Escalation: Share and resolve complex or difficult issues in collaboration with the internal team Basic Qualifications • Entry-level or early-stage experience in the IT field • Foundational understanding of Linux systems and containerized environments • Practical ability to automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) • Awareness of current IT trends and a strong willingness to learn • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross- functional teamwork Preferred Qualifications • Experience in AI/ML platform operations, system administration, or technical support • Experience in building and operating Linux server clusters • Familiarity with configuring server networks and managing shared storage systems • Experience in utilizing and operating cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Benefits and Perks • Flexible remote work options: Flexible office or remote work arrangements based on needs • Mac-based work environment: Latest equipment support providing high efficiency and flexible development environment • Transparent and quick communication, decision-making: Fast and transparent communication and decision-making processes • Mutual respect: Building a culture of mutual respect among all employees • Active encouragement and support for developer community activities: Actively encourage and support employee participation in developer communities (including paid leave).
