Its ecosystem connects Telegram users to various yield-generating opportunities across different asset classes, such as the dollar, BTC, and TON. Don't miss the opportunity to experience and lead this growth firsthand.</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>We are looking for a creative Content Marketer to lead our content generation efforts and execute social media strategies that grow our community and brand presence. If you're passionate about crafting engaging content, building digital communities, and running impactful B2C campaigns—this role is for you.<br><br>• Create and manage high-quality content across various formats (social media posts, reply guy, informative blogs, announcements, etc.) aligned with our brand voice and objectives.<br>• Plan and execute social media strategies, with a strong focus on Twitter/X and Telegram to drive engagement and visibility.<br>• Manage and grow online communities on platforms such as Discord and Telegram through strategic interaction and content.<br>• Coordinate and execute B2C marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and optimizing for effectiveness.<br>• Create and grow community ambassadors, tracking KPIs and setting goals for an innovative rewards program.<br>• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., design, product, partnerships) to align content with broader company goals.</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>• Experience in content creation and copywriting, preferably in Web3, tech, or a digital-native environment.<br>• Strong grasp of social media strategy, especially with demonstrated success in growing and managing a Twitter and/or Telegram channel presence.<br>• Hands-on experience with Discord and Telegram community engagement and growth.<br>• Experience leading or supporting B2C marketing campaigns from planning to execution.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Multilinguar (must be able to communicate in English and Korean and other languages are highly preferred).</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Kaito or similar AI-powered community content tools.<br>• Understanding of Web3 culture, trends, and community dynamics.<br>• Prior experience in a startup or decentralized organization.</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>1.
