담당업무

• MAIA AI accelerator 플랫폼용 stress·performance·validation 프레임워크 설계 및 개발

• compute, memory, interconnect, networking, storage, system-level 자원을 검증하는 workload 생성 인프라 구축

• PyTorch, Triton, Python, C++, custom MAIA SDK 기반 재사용 가능한 stress tool 개발

• 대규모 AI 학습·추론 동작을 모델링하는 synthetic 및 production-inspired workload 제작

• workload 배포·오케스트레이션·telemetry 수집·결과 분석 자동화

• custom AI accelerator 대상 GEMM, attention, collective communication, memory-intensive kernel 개발 및 최적화

• MAIA compiler pipeline, SDK, runtime, performance analysis tool 통합 및 compiler output·generated kernel·scheduling·execution 동작 디버깅

• model compilation, kernel validation, regression testing, workload portability 자동화

• silicon bring-up, qualification, reliability testing을 위한 workload suite 및 regression infrastructure 구축

• correctness, performance, thermal, power, stability 이슈를 식별하는 자동화 검증 도구 개발

• compute, networking, memory, storage subsystem 성능 특성화 및 benchmarking methodology·performance dashboard 개발

• HPL/HPC, LLM training, Transformer inference, collective communication, AI framework benchmark workload 최적화

• CI/CD, diagnostics, debugging, failure triage, telemetry analysis, reporting을 통한 개발자 생산성 향상

자격요건

• C/C++ 및 Python 프로그래밍 경험

• production-quality software systems, frameworks, runtimes 또는 infrastructure 설계·개발 경험

• GPU, AI accelerator 또는 HPC 시스템용 AI workload 개발·디버깅·최적화 경험

• PyTorch 또는 comparable AI framework 및 compute-intensive kernel 경험

• accelerator architecture, compute engine, memory hierarchy, interconnect, runtime system 이해

• performance profiling, bottleneck analysis 및 하드웨어·소프트웨어 경계 디버깅 경험

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check 등 Microsoft·고객·정부 보안 심사 요건 충족

우대사항

• custom AI accelerator SDK, compiler ecosystem, kernel generation framework, code-generation pipeline 경험

• LLVM, MLIR, Triton 활용 경험
