<h2>직무</h2><p>E-Commerce Specialist</p><h2>포지션 상세</h2><p>• Support the planning and execution of e-Retailing sales and trade promotions under the guidance of the E-commerce Manager<br>• Assist in managing E-retailer and Gifting businesses through both direct and indirect operations<br>• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Planning, Marketing, SCM, Customer Care, and Logistics to help achieve sales targets<br>• Provide operational support for eCommerce and e-Retailer platforms, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day execution</p><h2>주요업무</h2><p>E-commerce operation<br>• Support the end-to-end process of deal execution and coordination with e-Retailers<br>• Assist in executing sales activities to help achieve financial targets (Top & Bottom Line)<br>• Contribute to the development of merchandising plans and promotional calendars by platform<br><br>Trade Promotion & Data Analysis <br>• Assist in planning and executing trade promotions for key customers<br>• Consolidate off-take data and provide basic analysis to identify key insights<br>• Support the development and localization of platform-specific promotional plans <br><br>Demand & Forecast Support<br>• Assist in preparing monthly demand updates based on segment and SKU type<br>• Support the development of short- and long-term forecasts<br>• Help monitor forecast accuracy and contribute ideas for improvement<br><br>Team Collaboration & Vendor Coordination<br>• Coordinate with e-commerce team members and external vendors for smooth operations<br>• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment<br>• Proactively support team initiatives and process improvements</p><h2>자격요건</h2><p>· Prefer more than 5 years of experience in e-commerce<br>· Keen analytical skills<br>· Good English speaking & writing<br>· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</p><h2>우대사항</h2><p>· Good interpersonal and communication skills<br>· Open-minded and proactive attitude</p><h2>혜택 및 복지</h2><p>• 지원금/보험 : 단체 상해보험<br>• 급여제도 : 4대 보험<br>• 교육/생활 : 사내동호회 운영, 음료제공(차,커피), 하겐다즈 아이스크림 제공</p>
