Major Account Executive - Healthcare Logistics (Small Parcel Delivery Focus) We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused professional to lead business development and integrated logistics solution planning in the broad healthcare industry, with a core focus on small parcel delivery (Express) services. The ideal candidate will position express delivery as a key service pillar, then build and execute comprehensive logistics strategies that incorporate freight forwarding, warehousing, and ground transportation, tailored to the specific needs of healthcare customers. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding strategic relationships, and developing cross-functional logistics solutions that address the complexity of the healthcare supply chain. What We Mean by "Healthcare Industry" Our definition of healthcare is intentionally broad and includes both human and animal health sectors, covering: • Pharmaceuticals (for both human and veterinary applications) • Medical and veterinary devices • Biotech-related products, such as: • Diagnostic and analytical instruments • Laboratory equipment Biotech raw materials and components This role will engage across the value chain, from upstream materials and devices to finished products and clinical support. Roles & Responsibilities • Business Development - Express Logistics for Healthcare: Identify and pursue business opportunities in the healthcare sector using small parcel delivery as a foundation, targeting industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, diagnostics, and medical devices. • Integrated Logistics Solution Design: Develop and execute holistic logistics strategies that integrate express, forwarding, warehousing, and land transportation services to meet sector-specific needs. • Solution-Oriented Sales and Pre-Sales Engagement: • Offer consultative sales support and customized logistics proposals that align with each client's operational and regulatory requirements. Strategic Account Growth: Deepen relationships with existing customers while identifying cross-service expansion opportunities within healthcare accounts. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations, product teams, and partners to ensure seamless implementation of complex logistics solutions. Qualifications We welcome candidates who meet at least two of the following qualifications or demonstrate significant strength in one ("Significant strength" refers to 10+ years of experience in a relevant area or possession of a professional license or certification. These are preferred but not mandatory) • Sales Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in any industry. • Healthcare Industry Experience: At least 3 years working in any area within the broadly defined healthcare industry (as outlined above). • Logistics Industry Experience: At least 3 years in logistics sectors such as: • Small parcel/express delivery ⚫ Freight forwarding ⚫ Warehousing • Ground transportation • Preferred Certifications: Licensed professionals such as: 。 Nurse • Veterinarian 。 Doctor • Korean Medicine Doctor 。 Pharmacist • Oriental Pharmacist • Agriculture Specialist (i.e., Researcher, Etc.) *This is not a mandatory requirement.
