As our AE/Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in expanding Hopae's presence globally, working with our growing portfolio of enterprise clients around the globe. You'll be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring successful customer outcomes, especially in the Japanese market. 1. Customer Success & Account Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, espicailly in Japan • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide comprehensive product demonstrations • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in global companies • Provide localized support and ensure smooth communication between Japanese clients and our product team 2. Sales Operations • Manage the full sales cycle for global market accounts • Coordinate with the global sales team to implement best practices • Maintain accurate customer data and sales forecasts in our CRM 3.
